Who we are

What we collect

• Information you send us. When you submit the free malware check form or the contact form, we receive the website URL, your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and the message you write.
• Access credentials, only if you choose to send them. If you hire us, you may share WordPress admin, cPanel, FTP, or SFTP access so the cleanup can be performed. We ask you to change these credentials after the work is finished.
• Usage data. Standard analytics data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type, referring source, and interactions with buttons and forms.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and run the free malware check you requested.
• To deliver, invoice, and support the service you buy.
• To measure which pages and advertisements bring genuine enquiries.
• To meet legal, accounting, and security obligations.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share your site details with anyone outside the work you asked us to do.

Third party services

• Google reCAPTCHA v3 protects the forms from spam. Google receives device and usage signals under its own privacy policy.
• Google Analytics and Google Ads measure traffic and conversions using cookies and similar identifiers. This tells us that an enquiry came from an advertisement. It does not tell us who you are personally.
• Email and hosting providers transmit and store the messages you send us.
• WhatsApp is used for chat if you choose that channel, under Meta's own privacy terms.

Cookies

This page sets analytics and advertising cookies through Google. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the page will still work. No cookie is required to send the form or to receive a cleanup.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails and project records are kept for as long as needed to support the work and to meet tax and legal requirements, then deleted. Access credentials are used only for the job and are not stored after the work is completed. Analytics data follows Google's own retention settings.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email Brimesh07@gmail.com and we will action the request. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to object to processing and to complain to your local data protection authority. If you are in California, you have the right to know what is collected and to request deletion. We do not sell personal information.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No transmission over the internet is ever completely secure, so please do not send passwords in plain text where a safer channel is available.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version and its date will be published on this page.
