Terms of Service

The agreement

These terms cover malware removal, hacked site repair, security hardening, and related development work carried out by Brimesh Desai. By approving a scan report or paying an invoice, you accept these terms.

The free check

The initial check is free and carries no obligation. It is an external scan plus a review of your public Google status. It tells you what we can see from outside your server. A full picture is only possible once we have access to the files and database.

Pricing and payment

• Prices published on the site are one time, in US dollars, per website.
• You approve the scan report and the price before work starts. No charge is added mid job. If the site turns out to need a larger plan, we tell you first and you decide.
• Third party costs, such as a premium plugin licence, are quoted separately and only with your approval.

Access and your responsibilities

• You confirm you own the website, or that you are authorised by the owner to request work on it.
• You provide WordPress admin access and hosting access (cPanel, FTP, or SFTP). Work cannot start without it.
• We recommend you change all passwords once the cleanup is complete.
• You are responsible for keeping your own independent backup. We take a backup before we begin, but it is not a substitute for your own.

Timelines

Most cleanups finish in one to six hours. Large stores, multisite installs, or long standing infections can take up to 24 hours. Any estimate given is a good faith estimate, not a guarantee of an exact finishing time. Delays caused by hosting suspensions, slow access approval, or a third party are outside our control.

The 30 day guarantee

• If the site is reinfected within 30 days of our cleanup, we clean it again free of charge.
• The guarantee does not apply where the reinfection follows a change we did not make and could not control, for example a nulled plugin or theme installed after the cleanup, a new vulnerability introduced by another developer, credentials shared or reused after we handed the site back, or hardening we applied being removed.
• If we cannot clean the site, you do not pay. Where we judge a site to be beyond repair, we say so before starting, not after taking your money.

Refunds

If the malware is not removed and cannot be removed, the fee is refunded in full. Refunds do not apply to work already completed and accepted, or to results that depend on a third party, such as the exact date Google lifts a warning or a manual action.

Search rankings and blacklists

We remove spam pages correctly, submit review and reconsideration requests, and protect your existing URLs, content, and metadata. Google, Norton, McAfee, Yandex, and your hosting provider each decide their own review timing and outcome. We cannot guarantee a specific ranking position or a specific delisting date.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim connected to the work is limited to the amount you paid for that work. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost sales, lost traffic, or loss of data that existed before we were engaged. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Confidentiality

Your site data, customer data, and credentials are treated as confidential and are used only to perform the work you requested. White label work for agencies stays unbranded and unnamed.
